This course is a survey of relevant research literature on diversity. Focusing primarily on management, communications, culture and values of the growing diverse population and members of the U.S. workforce BA 616 Business Ethics Principles of ethical thought as they apply to the nature of the organization, work, corporate culture and the role of the individual and the organization in society.
