Pharmacy Technician Certificate

This course consists of 240 hours of course work.  Aztec Interactive web-based program is used for the course work portion of the class. This program is designed to train students so that they may pass the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board exam (PTCB). The interactive testing portion of this product is located on secure web servers. Its multimedia presentation is easy-to-follow, complete with audio, video, and graphic presentations. Realistic practice tests will let students know when they are ready for the National Certifying exam. Multiple-choice quizzes can be taken and repeated by students on the web. Proctored exams are taken at the school.

Successful completion of the course allows the student to take the PTCB exam, a national exam for certifying Pharmacy Technicians. Once this exam is passed, students may use the credentials CPhT. Cost for the program is $2,600. This program is not eligible for Federal Financial Aid, but other funding options may be available.
