The Ed.S. in Educational Administration (Supervisor of Instruction, District Pupil Personnel, and Principal) will prepare candidates to practice Christian servant leadership in a variety of school and district level administrator positions in the P-12 school system. Courses for this program are taught by educators with real-world experience in academic leadership and are solidly grounded in advanced practice and research. As a student, you’ll complete advanced leadership coursework that explores research-based strategies, school law and finance, student information systems, human resources, and diversity in a global society.
Additionally, you’ll also gain hands-on experience through a school principal or DPP internship designed to enhance your potential as a leader in the field. Explore the expectations of a principal and DPP and practice with real-world applications and complete an in-depth self-study of one aspect of the position you want. Option 6 candidates can complete the internship requirement within their district.
