The 12-hour post-graduate endorsement program in gifted education is intended to give educators the opportunity to obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to develop, implement, and direct programs in the education of gifted and talented students.

All courses are offered in an online format. The gifted and talented education endorsement involves three courses, each one paired with an additional one hour practicum, to be taken over three graduate terms. Each practicum involves collaboration with regional gifted education practitioners, coordinators, and instructors.

The gifted endorsement program may be taken independently or as a specialty within the Teacher Leader or School Improvement programs.
