The Pre-Law minor affords students an opportunity to explore law as a profession while preparing them for future study in a law program. The interdisciplinary approach provides students with foundational courses in the origins of legal concepts, the ability to develop reasoning, writing, and argumentation skills, and the opportunity to explore various areas of practice.

Students who successfully complete the Pre-Law Minor will:
-Demonstrate competency in the key principles of the American political system through
