CS 160 - Programming I

Credits: 4

The first of a two-semester sequence using a high-level language, such as C or C++. The first course of a CIS major or minor. The topics covered will include language constructs, simple data structures, strings, and sets. The language and principles of structured programming will be used to solve problems.

Lecture/Lab: Three hours of lecture and two hours of lab per week.
