FIN 378 - Estate Planning

Credits: 3

Estate planning is in flux due to continuous changes in federal state taxation and changes in some state tax systems. Students will be expected to know and apply techniques appropiate to today’s tax climate, as well as the tax situation in future years, according to legislation currently in place.

Prerequisites: 2.8 gpa, FIN 343  , FIN 350  , and ACC 223
