MUS 442 - Vocal Pedagogy and Literature

Theories and teaching procedure in training the singing voice and preparing vocal groups for performance, including study of anatomy and physiology of the vocal mechanism. Basic survey of vocal literature in historical sequence.

Prerequisites: Four semesters of voice or approval.
