This course covers the evolution of musicaltheater dance and elements of partner and ballroom dance. Styles to be covered include the Waltz, Swing, Tango, Rhumba, and others. Students can expect to learn the basic forms of many social and ballroom dances and learn how to navigate the challenges of dancing and performing with a partner.
