CHE 355 - Environmental Chemistry with Laboratory

The course will provide the student with an introduction to the chemical principles of environmental systems. Topics will include chemical equilibrium, acid-base chemistry, environmental organic chemistry, heavy metal chemistry, and treatment applications.

Prerequisites: CHE 112, CHE 114 , CHE 321 all with grades of “C” or better.
Lecture/Lab: Three lecture hours and one three-hour laboratory per week.
