NUR 103 - Medical-Surgical Nursing I

Credits: 8

This course focuses on the application of the nursing process utilizing safe and holistic care, in a manner that is both ethical and legal for adult clients with acute and chronic health alterations. It is designed to promote critical thinking and the application of the nursing process to emphasize cultural competence, health promotion, disease prevention, and the caring behaviors aligned with Gordon’s Functional Health Patterns.
