MUS 307 - Contemporary Vocal & Instrumental

Composing/Arranging Techniques This course will focus on familiarizing the student with all of the rudimentary techniques associated with the art of arranging. Two, three and four-part writing techniques, alternative voicings, how to arrange for the rhythm section etc. Instrument and voice ranges, and music calligraphy techniques will also be included.
