HP 390 - Kinesiology

Kinesiology is the study of how movement is realized by the muscles, the skeleton, and its joints. The goals of the course require that aspects of somatic nervous system control be explored and the fundamental mathematics describing the basic mechanics of human movement be introduced. Additionally, the effects on human movement due to injury, disease, and maturation are examined.

Prerequisites: BIO 221  or HP 230
