This track within the MSN program prepares graduates to provide quality, evidence based, and nursing health systems leadership to diverse communities and individuals across the lifespan. The master’s prepared nursing leader will contribute to excellence in health care by leading change, promoting health, and improving healthcare outcomes. This MSN program track shapes master’s prepared nurses into Christian servant leaders who support a strong ethical and Christian belief foundation in keeping with the mission of Campbellsville University. It prepares graduates for roles in health system leadership at the management and executive level and, with completion of the required hours of experience, meets eligibility requirements to sit for nurse executive and nurse executive advanced certification examination
