CFS 514 - Cell Physiology and Histology

Credits: 3

This course compliments the gross anatomy and physiology course by exploring the connection between the function of the specific cell types of the body and the structural properties of the cell that enable them to perform those functions.   Moreover, this course  provides students with the ability to define structural-functional relationships in the cells as a foundation for learning specific disease states in subsequent pathology related courses.
