MGT 933 - Healthcare Finance

This course will show how healthcare finance is the core function in sustainable healthcare organizations. Part of the core function of finance is revenue raising, pooling of funds, purchasing of services and allocation of resources to health service providers.

Understanding the core functions of healthcare economics and finance, leadership can improve access to care, improve patient services, and implement policies leading to solid decision-making to ensure sustainability and growth to the organization.
