PHY 411 - Applied Partial Differential Equations

Credits: 3

We study the application of partial differential equations to a wide set of physical 
processes, either natural or man-made, by performing numerical calculations on 
sample, representative problems using software based on the Finite-Element Method. 
Solutions are studied through visualization.

Prerequisites: PHY 241
