A study in how to make effective managerial, business, and operational decisions in the hospitality and tourism industry- based on a thorough understanding of financial statements; identify costs; develop realistic budgets; forecast; and plan cash flow; includes ethical considerations and global changes both in accounting systems and in the hospitality industry. 

Prerequisites: ACC 223  , ACC 224  , and  BA 324
