This course presents a comprehensive overview of the laws and regulatory agencies governing the lodging, foodservice, and travel industries. The historical development of the common law, innkeepers/guest relationships and responsibilities, F & B. liability, ADA, Dram Shop laws, plus responsibilities for food borne illness and safety issues.
