BA 361 - Hospitality and Tourism Marketing

This course examines the marketing process as it applies to the hospitality and tourism industries, including restaurants, hotels, theme parks, and convention centers among others. Best practices in marketing, market analysis, and consumer behavior, along with offerings, price, and promotions strategies will be addressed.
