CJ 390 - Independent Study

Credits: 1 to 3

An independent exploration of an area of particular interest to a student. This course requires a research paper using primary source material and an oral presentation to the division faculty. Limited to academic seniors majoring in criminal justice, sociology, or social science. An overall GPA of at least 3.25, a major field GPA of at least 3.5, an ability to do research, demonstration of promise in the field of criminal justice, and approval by criminal justice faculty are prerequisites for this course.

Prerequisites: CJ 101 , CJ 235 , and CJ 362 .
